All I can say is this was the most difficult and rude customer our office has dealt with in a long time. He called our office every single day from the time the car was picked up until delivery, and got upset with us that a license plate was missing. The license plate has nothing to do with our administration office, but he seemed to think it did. We are gratefull he is out of our hair!!!!
