Unfortunately, the driver of the my truck had a few problems along the way, that were in no way his fault, that delayed my delivery by several days. What impressed me is that as soon as the company was aware of the dely, they were on the phone with both my parents (who had shipped the car) and me (the receiver of the car).

Ricky, my driver, called me as soon as he was in the area to inform me of the coming delivery. I was supposed to be out of town that day and Ricky was able to work with me to come up with a solution. He was very pleasent to work with and I was very satisfied with the delivery and condtion of the car.

I know my parents paid a little more to ship with this company, but their customer service and exceptional communication with me more than justified the additional cost. I would highly recommend this company and Ricky as a driver.
