These guys REALLY are angels!

After a VERY horrible experience with another transport company, I decided to go with Angels because of their rating on this very site. From my very first contact, I knew that Angels was a completely different type of company. My call was answered promptly. I was given very in depth info about the industry and it's current demands and it was explained to me how to ensure that my car was delivered. I can't explain to you how EASY this experience was! The date was set within 24 hours of my first phone call. Mind you, I'd been waiting for over two weeks for the first company I'd gone with to try to pick up the car. The driver actually called me a day early to see if he could pick up the car. The process had to be handled by a family member in San Diego and she said the drivers were amazing. Very friendly and made her feel safe even though it was somewhat late at night.

Angels not only provided me with the driver's name and cell phone number, but I also had a contact number for their dispatch. I received numerous phone calls from both Angels and the driver during the week letting me know where the car was and what time it should be arriving.

The driver actually delivered the car a day early as well. He called me WELL in advance of his arrival and worked with me on finding a location to drop off that was convienent to my home and also safe for taking my car off the truck. Upon meeting him, he had my car off the truck within five minutes. I gave him the money order, he WASHED MY WINDSHIELD for me and handed over the keys. Within a few minutes of the car coming off the truck, I received a call from Angel's customer service asking if the car arrived on time and if it arrived undamaged.

The car arrived in great condition! I have to tell you that I was nervous about this process because I had a HORRIBLE experience with another company (find my review of National Auto Transport). I even shared my concerns with the women at Angels. They were very open, honest and realistic with me. They made no promise that they couldn't keep and managed to beat their estimates for pick up and delivery.

TRUST the rating that these guys have! I have told everyone I know that if they EVER hear anyone needing to ship a car to let me know. I know what it's like when things go WRONG and THANKS TO ANGELS, I know what it's like when things go RIGHT!

At no point during this process did I have to reach out to Angels because they kept me updated SO consistently. Great staff, great service, great work!!
