My only complaint is that my transport request had somehow "fallen through the cracks" resulting in no one acting on my transport request. I must admit though that it was quite refreshing to have them admit this, rather than have them bombard me with lies over the screw up.
On the bright side... once this oversight was caught they acted quickly and had my car picked up and delivered in a prompt manner. The trucker (Yuri) was quite courteous too!
After reading all of the horror stories concerning other companies, I've got to say that Angels was very good and I would not hesitate to use them again.
