Although Angels did not ship my vehicle, I wanted to leave a thumbs-up for their most able and competent dispatch person, Dena (sp?). I had an unusual vehicle transport situation - an oversize antique truck - which I had listed with two other brokers. After waiting and waiting, and not getting even a phone call from the others, I called Angels. Dena took the time to educate me as far as why my vehicle wasn't moving, and explained the dynamics taking place in the industry. She even went so far as to tele-conference me in a call to one of her carriers, to demonstrate how reluctant the carrier was to take my load. She was able to coerce him to say yes, but in the end the price was unmanageable for me. Turns out my load took up too much space, and there were concerns about the antique becomming inoperable during transport. The transporters were looking for "jelly-bean" cars to round out their loads, and didn't want to touch my vehicle. While this news was disappointing, at least I got the straight skinny that I was spinning my wheels waiting on the other brokers. If you want straight talk from a top-shelf dispatcher, go straight to Dena! In an industry where empty promises and disappointment can be all too common, Angels Movinig Autos stands away from pack.
