Picked up too early!

The first attempt to gather price quote was unsatisfactory because after filling out all of Angels web-site price quote for $995. and when I called to confirm the reservation, they mentioned to me that the cost went up to $1295. Neadless to say, I waited...and checked around, Also, they were not able to hold my reservation for more than 10 days and that was a disappointment. I called two weeks later to schedule my vehicle (others have told me this is a good company) my quote was $1395. at that time. So, I made the reservation (not happy) on the Friday 6th. to schedule a pick-up 4 days later on the 10th, because I needed the car delivered towards the end of the month, this was the latest they could accomendate me with this price. I mentioned this to the operator at Angels and she rest assured me that they would pick-up on the 10th. So, I hung-up the phone on friday knowing everything is in order for the tuesday pick-up but I received a phone call the very next day (saturday) from the trucking company to pick up my vehicle. Since it was Saturday and Angels were not open and the dispatcher was calling me from Arkansas, they were unable to accomendate my tuesday pick-up, only a Saturday pick-up. I was angry because I needed to make new arrangements at the drop off and shimmy a new schedule here.
This was not the original plan nor it was the price I wanted to pay, even though gas prices are crazy now and I understand about the subsequent increase per gallon that comes along with it. I refuse to relate poor communication and delinquint activity at my expense and to tell me one thing on Friday and completely give me not what I ask for the very next day. I really believe that the women at the office taking the calls do not know what they are doing. Promising one thing and not performing. This sounds like my last marriage!!!!!!!!!! Completely unsatisfied!!!

In Response to Mr. Alloway's review: We are so grateful for this site, and our customers ability to speak their mind freely. This review is rather comical to me, a customer who thinks we give a one day pick up window. At the time we schedule orders, we tell our customers we need a minimum of a 1-5 day pick up window on this particular route. The driver picked up on the 1st day the customer made the car available. He preferred a Tuesday pickup, however, we did not have a carrier who would be on that particular route on Tuesday for him. Obviously Mr. Alloway did not mention his vehicle arrived on time, in the same condition it was picked up. Unlike his last marriage, we did not cause any damage to him or his vehicle. Jeff, come join us for one day in our industry, I don't think you could survive what we do every day!
