Received a damaged car and no one is taking responsibility

After reading over many reviews I decided to go with Angels, while they were helpful in keeping me updated and being friendly, at the end of the day the car I received was not in the condition it left in, and I'm left with no one taking responsibility for what happened and it looks like it's coming out of my pocket.

When I called to report the damage they gave me the contact info for the carrier and said it was out of their hands. So now I'm left with a carrier company that isn't returning my calls, emails, and texts. While Angels weren't the ones who did the damage, they did hire the company that did.

The whole reason for buying an out of state car was because it was in original condition and now because of the transportation services this will no longer be the case and is very disappointing.

The one thing to take away is that you should never use a transportation service unless you have no choice. Even with insurance, these guys won't come to help you out when damage does happen.
