Initial contact with company was prompt and positive. Phone quote exceeded internet quote, but the company gave good advance notice that this could be expected. Once phone quote was established, I was assured that this would be a firm price. I placed the order with the 5-7 pickup day window starting on May 10. At the end of 7 days, I had heard nothing from the company. When I called to ask what was going on, I was told that the representative who had been helping me had been on vacation, but apparently no-one else had been asked to follow up on my order. I was then told that since there had been so many pickups in Phoenix (100 miles away from my pickup location) that they were having trouble getting a carrier to come to TUcson, as they had no room for additional pickups. It was suggested that I offer the carrier a $125 "incentive fee" to schedule a Tucson pickup. I insisted that, as I had been assured that my phone quote was a firm price, that any extra fees should be paid by Angels--not by me. They ultimately agreed to pay the incentive fee themselves, and found a carrier to pickup the car. The pickup was scheduled for May 22nd, and from that point on all went very well. I was pleased to be given the driver's cell phone so that I could stay in touch with him directly re: delivery. Overall, not a terrible experience, and I would consider using again, but I do think that I should have been notified after the 7 day pickup window had passed without a carrier even being assigned.
