The customer service was lively, fast-acting, and was clearly customer oriented. As a mover depending on a car to pickup supplies, it would have been helpful if they offered a "guaranteed ship-by" date and sought to schedule a pickup as close to that date as possible rather than a 5 or 3 day window with no predictable likelihood of a pickup. All in all, they provided excellent service and were available if anything were to not go as scheduled; might have been an excellent security blanket if anything were to go wrong logistically. If it's your first time shipping a vehicle, I strongly recommend. Now that I've gone through the process once, in the future I would save 500 bucks and call freight companies directly.
