Angels did a good job scheduling my auto transport. I was unable to be at the pick up location, the contact info for the driver worked out just fine. I thought the initial payment via credit card was convenient ($225.00). I then had about a week before I had to come up with the balance, which was paid via money order to the driver upon delivery. Angels staff checked with me on a number of occasions to inquire weather or not I had heard from the driver. He called the day before delivery leaving a message with an ETA.

One negative that I had not anticipated is that my vehicle was on the bottom row of a stacked trailer, the vehicle above mine leaked grease and oil onto my car. I didn't expect my car to arrive clean, since I knew it had been raining along the route. The grease and oil required a little extra elbow grease though. This is the first time I've transported a vehicle in an open trailer so for all I know maybe this was to be expected.
