Car arrived in condition in which it was picked up. Arrangements went well. HOWEVER:
On both ends, pick up and drop off times and date were changed, which resulted in inconvenience of scheduling around pick ups; canceling activities unnecessarily. We all would have appreciated better knowledge of timeframe(s). Perhaps, a tracking system that would inform for planning purposes. Being told the driver would be picking up one day/time and then changing it 3 times was inconvenient for us all. Busy schedules cannot keep adjusting easily. This inconvenience was the result of not having direct contact with the driver.
