I had to make adhoc arrangements to move my car from PA to TX. I did make myself clear that I wanted the car to be picked up quickly. As this pick up was from Pittsburgh, the person explained me that it might cost a little extra to get a guaranteed pick up quickly , which I did not mind.
The pick up was early, driver didnot call earlier, which was incovenient but manageable. I did speak to the Angels and they assured me that the driver will make sure to call before the drop, which he did. I liked the prompt change from the customer feedback.
Overall - my experience was good and will recommend it to anyone.
