Bad time with Angels

I've shipped many cars over the years & lately I've pick some very bad bokers to do this for me like this company.The owner is a very straight shooter & her son I believe needs some professonal mental help,I have dealt with many angry people in my life, but I believe he's one of the worst.I also think my deal with this company would have been great except for him,he cost me extra money & did'nt text me on when my car would arrive,so when it showed up I was tied up with a sick child at the hospital and the driver wanted to deliever the car,if they would have kept in contact with me, like the way they said they would it would have been better for me.If you deal with the lady's in this company you'll probaly be o.k.,but if you piss of the son,lord help you and your pocket book.Remember these poeple are borkers and they farm out the haul to some one else so the company they chose to move my car showed up with very,very dirty car& was a hour & half late on the time they set for delieverly,and there was little damage to my car and the driver told me all auction cars was except from any type of coverage.
