After shopping around for various transport companies, I finally settled on Angels Moving Autos because of their reputation for customer service. I was not disappointed. I called to set up shipping a car from CA to WI on a Friday afternoon and was told that nothing would likely happen until Monday because it was the end of the week. 10 minutes later, I get a call back saying they've found a driver who can pick the car up the next day. The driver never called or showed on Saturday or Sunday, but I called Angels first thing Monday, and they called the driver and resolved the issue for me. The pickup and delivery were ultimately late (the driver also mis-estimated when he could deliver the car), but I can't fault Angels, and can commend them for helping me sort out the issues.
