WOW! You guys truely are ANGELS.You made my auto moving experience bearable after a horrible experince with another carrier-(DAS). You picked up my vehicle in michigan the day after i called deena. I was expecting for it to be picked up in 5-7 days. It took kevin(your way transport) to deliver my vehicle to me in california in approxiamately 6 days from pick up day eventhough he was stuck in nevada due to bad weather...WOW.Customer service people were excellent. They kept me informed of the progress of the move and have no problems waiting when i call them.. i was able to talk to the driver several times... very honest and professional. I would definitely use this company again and would highly recommend it to my friends and to people who are planning to ship their vehicle.
