I was shipping a car from California to my son in St. Lous
and apprehensive given all the wild stories one hears so
I spent a fair amount of time surfing for companies and
trying to get personal recommendations from others.
Frankly, I thought the reviews on this site were possibly
too good to be true, but I had a mostly pleasant experience
with Angels.

Dina and Karen were both courteous and professional on
the phone and via e-mail. Although I was not in a great
hurry, they located a carrier (Admiral Merchants) within 5 days
and Dina participated in a conference call with the driver.
After the call, she had some reservations about him and
said that if there was anything I didn't like at the time
of pickup, to just decline and Angels would reschedule
for me. As it turned out, the pickup went fine. The
driver remained in contact with us during the trip and
when he had a minor breakdown on the way and lost a
day, he kept my son informed. The delivery was also
smooth. From the time of the first call to delivery
was a total of 12 days.

I'd happily to use Angels again. It's certainly a difficult
business since obviously so much depends on who
you end up with actually driving the truck.
