The overall experience was great! From the time they picked up vehicle from my mother-in-law in Florida until they arrived in NJ, they were in constant communication with me. They also worked around my schedule as I had appointments the day they were delivering the car. The truck driver was very polite and maneuvered the truck into my development with great ease. The customer service was excellent. I priced several other companies and they were the best quote. Also, this took place during the Christmas holidays and didn't add to the stress of the holiday season! I would recommend them highly and use them again, if necessary.
