I own and operate an independent Audi, Porsche, and VW service facility in CA that specializes in high performance work and customization ( www.streetwerke.com ). I used this website to create a list of potential transport companies I could use to move a customer owned project car from Palo Alto, CA to Gates Mills, OH via enclosed trailer. After calling the top five or six listed companies on this site, it was clear to me that Angels Transport had the best price. I then looked at dates and pickup time windows. I was on a tight time line and had to get the car picked up within a week. In the past, I've always used Intercity Lines based on a recommendation from a friend on the east coast. Intercity Lines was great, really professional and extremely thorough. However, they charged a premium for their services. I decided to look elsewhere, which led me to this website. So, I went with Angels and never looked back. From the first contact for quote, they were great. I asked for Dina but she was unavailable, so Rielyn and Karen were able to handle my requests. Very professional, and very down to earth. They quoted me a three day window for pickup and the car was picked up on the second day. They sub-contracted transport to Bill DeMoise of DeMoise Trucking. Bill arrived with his rig and we watched him load the car with extreme care. His rig is the most versatile car hauler I've ever seen. The flexibility and modular nature of his ramps and hydraulic lift systems were incredible. He had a 930 Porsche and an old hot rod coupe in the rig already. During the transport, Angels kept in touch via e-mail and phone calls. They kept the owner of the car informed as well, taking some pressure off of me. Angels charged me a small fee via credit card upfront and the balance of the bill was paid via cashier's check to the driver at delivery. Customer was very satisfied with the delivery and the car was delivered damage free and on time. I was told it would take 10-12 days and it was delivered in 12. I highly recommend Angels and have to say the level of service I received for the extremely competitive price is simply an outstanding value. I'll be using them again. Two thumbs up!
