I purchased a car online and had the car shipped to Washington state. The pick up wasn't very smooth from what I understand from the email of the seller. The driver was there too early, and made it more difficult than it should have been. During the delivery was significant weather and i did recive 2 updates with in the 2 weeks where nothing exact was disemminated. No exact times, and no exact locations, it felt very insufficient. The car was delivered but without any contact from the driver. He called and said he had arrived, no warning, no communication. As i walked up to the truck the car was off the truck, and it seemed un damaged by the travel and weather which is the most important thing. I found scratches and some other little things that werent right. But I never saw the car before i purchased it so it is on me. All in all the car was recieved, and it runs just fine, it got delivered despite the weather in New York, and along the way, albeit timing and communication was poor on pick up and especially on delivery. I would use Angels moving autos again, but only with better updates along the way and some more personal guarantees. The price was the best I could find for a covered transport, so in that respect it was a success, but definitly not perfect.
