Well, I must say that I was extremely worried about shipping my car from the frozen tundra of North Central North Dakota to the hot and humid depths of Georgia. I tried almost every avenue possible several months in advance, and it all boiled down to the last 24 hours. I begged with Angels to find someone headed to Georgia SOON, and they not only obliged me, but actually made my pickup a lot earlier than I really wanted. However, I had several backup plans, and things worked out lovely.
I can support what a lot of people have said as far as Dina and her crew making you feel like you are really important. From my first call them to my last call FROM them (about 4 hours before delivery) I felt as though Angels REALLY gave a damn about me and my car.
I had a few hiccups with the driver, but overall things worked out, because I was really not in much of a hurry to get my car. My major concern was that my car stayed with THAT driver for the ENTIRE trip, and that did happen, so I really have nothing to complain about. Even with the issues with the driver, Dina's crew genuinely seemed concerned and never hesitated to get the driver, myself, and Angels in a three-way call to get things straight.
This was a move I had planned at least 2 years in advance, and like I said earlier, it all boiled down to the last 12 hours. Angels was a tad bit higher than everyone else, but I didn't mind. This review site played a major role in my decision to go with Angels. I must say, their reputation is well deserved.
Angels, keep up the good work, and anyone reading these reviews, rest assured your car will arrive in the same condition and at the time you want (maybe even faster). One word of advice, REMAIN FLEXIBLE, BECAUSE "STUFF" HAPPENS.
This was first time shipping a car, and I think I am the first person out of all the people I have ever known that's shipped a car with his own money. Coupled with my flexibility, this was definitely a smooth and pleasant experience.
