In response to this review. I remember Jack. He call me for a rate. In giving Jack a rate. I told him that where he is located. It is several miles from the interstate. If a driver would consider driving several miles off the interstate. It would more costly. Jack said he would meet the driver. When driver called. He asked for someone to come and pick up his vehicle. The driver didn't want to driver several miles off the interstate. Jack was upset. He wanted his deposit back. I told him usually I don't refund the deposit. If the truck has been dispatched. This statement is on my website in my in terms and conditions. If a customer doesn't cancel with me. Before I dispatch a truck. Then the deposit is not refundable. But in this case I refunded his money back to Jack, I apologize to Jack. This review is a surprise to me.
