Below is the email I received from the company saying they found a carrier. The COST of the original contract was $ 533.00 not $609.00, which is not the price agreed in the contract. The date of pick up did not occurred on the exact day agree of the vehicle pickup. Base on the contract agreement, which said "In a case where your retainer is refunded, there is a $19.00 non-refundable! Processing fee that covers any credit card processing, gift or business card! Charges, refund processing fees and time spent working on your order!" As of today I have not receive my money or a reply from this company. Researching this company now I do see a lot of fraudulent complaints against this company
Furthermore, I told them that the Military was sending me to Korea and the Ten days in the contract was not conducive to me doing business with the company. Brian said they will pick up on Monday because I specifically traveled from NYC to be prepare the car for the Monday pick up. It did not occurred and then he told me it will happened on Tuesday and that did not happened. That’s when I received the below email and said no to the new price and requested to cancelled the agreement because that price did not occurred has agree and I had to leave for Military duty.
Also, they stated the price was negotiated on my behalf, I never signed an agreement for them to negotiate price on my behalf we agree on the price and that did not materialized. NO where on contract stated a price change.

No, I do not agree to these terms, dates and remaining balance payment and wish to have you cancel the job with this carrier and re-list my posting on the national board in hopes we find a carrier that can do the job at a date and remaining balance of: (please list what will be acceptable)
Please understand we have negotiated to the best of our ability on your behalf and we never know when the next carrier will be available. If you are flexible with your schedule we MAY be able to get you a better offer but a bird in hand in our industry is worth a lot.

Herb, We had a carrier at your door and you texted our rep that you changed your mind. The driver had to be paid for his time, that just wouldn't be right to do.
