I read some of the other complaints but I HAVE NONE!! I paid the deposit and then found out the next day the Coast Guard would take care of shipping my son's car to his next assignment. I called Brian immediately, explained the situation and he refunded the full $159.00 deposit back to me. They did right by me. I would definetly use them again!
