My collector quality car was picked up within a day or two of signing the contract. The driver phoned regularly, giving me updates on his progress and the expected arrival/delivery day and time. The car's arrival was within the expected timeframe, actually sooner than I had originally expected. The car arrived in perfect condition, and unloaded in minutes. I have used other shippers in the past, and had mostly very unprofessional experiences. Long delays, misinformation or lack of any communication, overcharges etc. seemed to be the norm. However my experience with Brian Andrew was fantastic. I could not have asked for a more professional experience. They were reliable, prompt, communicative. The truck was very high quality, fully enclosed as contracted, and the driver was clearly a professional who took pride in his work. I give Brian Andrew my highest recommendation.
