Brian Andrew gave me a qoute of $600 to move my vehicle, I asked him of any hidden charge and He said NO, I was very specific when I asked Him since I did not and could not pay more than $600 total for the transport of this vehicle. when He send me the email that he found a Carier and asked me to pay $600 COD i replied I would only pay $451 since I had already given him $159 as a Deposit on the $600. I asked him to cancel the order and refund the $159 but He kept replying to my emails and refusing to issue the credit. Brian is Dishonest Individual and does not have any Ethics whe it comes to this business. I am ataching the history of the emails we shared and let you decide for yourself. to the time I posted this Review mr Andrew still has not issued credit for the $159

This email is to go over with you once more the importance of understanding the logistics industry. Unlike other companies, we explain to you that the quote given is an average based on vehicles that have shipped within a certain amount of time that had a similar route to yours.
We will do everything on our end to meet the quoted price and or negotiate a better deal on your behalf. In occasion, the carrier may ask for an increase based on availability, demand, and or flexibility of the client and the dates requested for pick up.
Our industry can be difficult to navigate without this information. It is important that we discuss client expectations and make you aware that every quote you have received is individually drafted by the broker and it should be based on the history of vehicles that were shipped and paid for recently and or the amount of cars doing the same or similar route currently.
Please keep in mind that every broker is created equal in this industry. We do not own the trucks and we do not control the pricing. We all have access to the same exact tool, Central dispatch. This forum connects us to the drivers available in your area and provides us with the ability to estimate the most accurate and fair price for you and conduct background checks on the carriers.
If you have any further questions, please email us and we will gladly clarify any confusion.
Once we locate a carrier, you will be notified and we will bring the offer to you and allow you to agree or disagree and soon thereafter we will draft up the contract to lock down the price and prevent drivers from being able to change anything.

jose, the offer from this driver is $600 COD. We get paid for making this all happen. Take it or leave it but don't call me everyday complaining when and if there are no drivers. Understand the process and make a decision with not ultimatums. But let Ailyn know a simple YES move forward or NO do not move forward wait for someone at $450. That's it
