I want to make it very clear that I did agree to the service, however, I did not receive the service I paid for. The driver earned his money, he did his job. Andrew Automotive took my money and did not deliver what was promised on his end. I never threatened to write a negative review, I did state that I was giving Brian Andrew the time to rectify the situation before I did write a review. Had the situation been addressed professionally then the review would have been different but I never received a response until I wrote the review on this site. In fact, the email I did receive less than 12 hours after the review from Brian Andrew was the following (complete message was copied and pasted):

"Remove the rating by noon tomorrow and get a refund of $75. I find it extortion like to use this tactic. you took the service and then asked for a refund, who does that? none the less I'll refund you $75 if you remove the rating by noon tomorrow."

My response was "You have a lot of nerve to write me an email like this. I gave you more than enough time to fix the situation and now you want to turn the situation around on me? Your company failed, you should be ashamed of your professionalism. You can keep your $75 and I will paste your email in another review to let people know the true person you are. Don't ever contact me again."

I find it completely disheartening that a business owner would make such a demand and be so hypocritical. At the end of the day I was the customer and I did not receive the service I paid for. At some point Brian Andrew should have taken responsibility and done the right thing as a business owner not respond in a classless email.

Dear Ms. Trujillo, we want to apologize for any inconvenience that this caused you. That said, You approved the transaction before hand and knew the exact cost. No one forced you to take this deal. We are simply the broker and I am unsure what you expected from us once the driver picked up your vehicle. As far as I know we never received calls from you or e-mails saying that anything went wrong with the transport so again I'm unsure where we went wrong here. A refund, after the job is complete, the driver is paid and the work is finished is not possible. For you're inconvenience however we would like to extend a credit of $50 to you towards your next transport should you choose to use our services again, Thank you! Sincerely, Brian Andrew Desind
