Driver worked extra hard to perform pick up due to complications with scheduling that were not his fault. He really went the extra mile, no pun intended. Car arrived one day ahead of schedule. I'd use again but give more credit to the driver for my decision. Generaly these companies simply list your pick-up for drivers to sign up for off the listing. Prior to my selection, I felt Brooke was knowlegable and I asked her to verify driver had experience handling low ground clearance cars. Far as I know, she did as the driver was very knowlegable. I did talk to one other company who I felt had the most knowlegable person that I sopke with, however their pricing was about $150-$200 higher.
