I felt for the money I had to pay that I should not have to unload the car as well as other cars that are not running or damaged, and can not be moved very easy. I have very bad lungs and can not be pulling or pushing these other cars around.I feel I payed for door to door sevice, and the shipper should be able to take the car off and on the trailer with out a lot of extra work for himself as well as the reciever of the car.
