My car was picked up as promised. The driver didn't come directly to my residence, but one must understand how large the carriers are, and if you live in a city (like DC) with narrow roads, it's unreasonable (and impossible) to expect them to come to your door. So, I was naive to think he'd come to my door, but it was understandable.
He shipped the car in miraculous time, and I was caught off guard (I was still in MD at the time, and the car was being shipped to CA). But, they are lenient about who can drive off with your car, which can be a pro or a con, depending on how you look at it.
The brake made a funny sound when I drove the car again, but, it's an old car, so I didn't mind.
Other than that, I thought the service was super fast, and the guy who moved my car was friendly.
