After reading reviews and pondering for 2 weeks, I finally decided on America's Choice to ship my SUV from Charlotte to Phoenix. I was stressed because I had a small window for delivery, but knew it was out of my control once the vehicle was picked up. Since America's Choice is a broker, I understood that my fate lies in the hands of the actual carrier, and all I could do was hope America's Choice only uses reliable carriers. I told America's Choice when I needed delivery and they helped me pick a date when the vehicle would be listed. A week went by and I still hadn't heard anything. I was told it would take about a week to 10 days for delivery, and 1 to 10 days for pick up once a carrier is assigned! I became more stressed since there still wasn't one assigned. I contacted America's Choice, and expressed my concern. They said they would add a bonus to the listing and that should speed thing up. I received an email the next day saying I had a carrier assigned - Yippi! The carrier called the next day and we arranged the pickup. Off went my SUV. I was told by the driver it should be delivered to AZ in 6-8 days. Five days later, to my surprise, they called to say they are 3 hours away. We arranged the drop-off, and I picked up our car. Everything looked great.
Summary: America's Choice did a great job in expediting my pickup when time became an issue. The price was great, and their customer service was excellent. The carrier assigned to me turned out to be great as well, as they delivered my vehicle sooner than expected. My only complaint would be with the carrier as they didn't speak English very well and it was hard communicating with them. The other problem was that even though it was called door-to-door, I had to drive 20 miles to get to their designated drop off point. They like to stay close to the interstates, and you must meet them at the closest exit. Maybe if they spoke better English, they would have understood directions. Anyway, overall a better than expected experience. I would definately recommend America's Choice for your auto shipping.
