Contacted the BBB, Attorney General and Fort Wayne Police, and seeking legal advice. This individual is a con artist. He took our deposit, never picked up our car, and asked for more money to give the truck driver "more incentive" to want to go to such a remote and snowy location. When I confronted him on being a con artist and a fraud, he said that there is a lot of mud slinging on the internet and he just doesn't pay people to put good reviews on him. He also said he knows that all of us putting bad reviews on are being paid by his competitors. STAY AWAY from him! Let's be very vocal and put this man behind bars!
