The day the transport was set up, we were never contacted. Then Adam said we didn't send in the information, which is not true. We sent the information again, and waited to be contacted. We made constant attempts to contact adam, but never could. Then he said he would pick up our cars if we agreed to a higher price. When we agreed, the truck never showed up. We asked for a refund, since we had to arrange other transport. We were denied. So we will report your company to the BBB as a fraudulent company.
