First of all this was almost a year ago. I do remember what happen as it was a chain of events. The car was dropped at the terminal Tuesday I think(Remember cars don't leave the day you drop it off we need to round up other cars this takes time) and the driver had to pick up cars at Copart first I think it was a Thursday. Anyways they had frozen pipes and had no heat so they closed for the week which ran into the weekend. Then we got a winter snowstorm and we missed a couple of days. Then the driver blew a couple of tires on the way down which added a couple more days. I think it was around 2 weeks total we got the car to them. They had two e-mails account the one I was sending to they were not getting them as I always keep everyone updated. WE DID NOT HOLD FOR FURTHER BUSINESS there is so many cars going that any carrier can pick and choose in the month of December so that wasn't an issue. I never make promises or guarantee and pick up/drop off in this business because you can't things happen along the way that need to be address.
I did not give them horrible treatment I just told them what happen along the way. If you look at my past reviews you can see that I'm always available via e-mail or phone. Yes we were late and things happen I feel bad because I know how stressful it is. I gave them a discount of 200 most carrier or brokers would have done nothing as you read the contract delivery and pick up are not guaranteed in this business. I tried my best.
