Jonathan was very receptive to my needs. He called me or texted me back immediately when I had questions. He charged me the correct amount on my credit card, and I paid the driver in cash as requested (and tipped the driver, since he was so nice and courteous.)
Everything went as planned, and I was able to call the driver several times to see where the car was at, and he always picked up when he could.
The car arrived in perfect condition, as planned, and the driver even drove his truck into a very narrow subdivision. I was impressed.
