I am separating from the military and need my car shipped from Norfolk VA back home. Casey was helpful in answering all my questions and did what he could to make the process as smooth as possible with my pick up window, there was no up front fee charged to me until a pick up date & time were acquired. The carrier did show up late it was on the right date but late at night Norfolk VA does have bad traffic so that could be a reason why. there was a misunderstanding with the final tariff when I spoke with the carrier. I talked with nick from American standard auto transportation and he tried to explain it to me I was still uncertain about the process non the less car arrived in 6 days. Kept in touch with Casey & things went smooth. I was on vacation during the time & the carrier agreed to drop it off near me at no extra cost instead of original place of delivery. Misunderstanding could have been from me not knowing the process and being nervous because I never shipped a car before. Over all a great ship & being familiar with the process now I will recommend them again & Will use them again if needed!
