These guys are a joke. They lock in at a "below market rate" price to hook you. Then they promise delivery dates "just because" and commit to things. My delivery promise was shifted, then the price went up by a significant amount. And they tried to tell me it was my misunderstanding only. Then also refused to give me back the $150 "holding fee" for gas/mileage/etc for the driver. I'm having to cancel via my CC company. Don't use them - was told by another reputable company that they see this happen all the time as well.
