I placed an order with Andy on 1/8/2021 for a pick up from MI shipping to AZ. I expressed to Andy that is must be picked up by 1/11/2021 which he assured me in writing would not be a problem but needed to pay $150.00 right away for a deposit (which I did) 1/11/2021 the driver never showed, I called and left a message with no response.. 1/12/2021 called with no response, I emailed with no response and then sent a text to Andy who seemed to to forget about the order? He stated we would check into and call right back (we never heard back). On 1/13/2021 I sent him another text with no response.. I they called the main office number and had the joy of speaking with Jay in dispatch who was terrible and do not want to help at all. I explained the situation and he could care less and when I advised that I will need to write a review he stated that is fine and I can juts dispute my credit card transaction and cancel the service.
