Originally my vehicle was supposed to be picked up on the Wednesday before I was flying out of state on that Friday. Wednesday came and no one called nor contacted me and I called that day and left several messages thoughout the day and no one ever called me back I then the next day got a call from the driver that was supposed to pick up my car the day before telliing me he was scheduled to pick up my vehicle that Saturday the day after my flight left but wanted to come and pick it up for the Friday. I had to cancel my flight pay a fee for changing it and then called the office again finally got someone on the phone and they said oh we contacted you by email that your schedule was changed. I received no such email from them and they had my phone number to also contact me but never did. When asked why they did not call me back they replied with we were busy. To appease me they gave me a "free" $500 gas voucher which turned out to be everything but "free". I have to spend $100 on gas first send the receipts in then I only get a $25 gift card back. Does that sound free? I think not......I do not recommend you use this company they are scam artists. The whole time my car was in transit I was terrified that I would never see my car again. Thanks for making my cross country move an easy one....NOT!!
