I was shocked to read some of the bad reviews about American Century Transport. I needed two of my cars shipped from Cleveland, OH to San Antonio. From the initial phone call to the time my cars were delivered, I felt like I was taken care of very professionally. Mercedes, my contact person at ACT, did a great job in always keeping me in the loop as far as pickup time/delivery time was concerned. Even the driver, Juan (I think that was his name), was really friendly and I could tell that he took his job seriously. The pick up time and delivery time was pretty accurate and fast.

I just want to thank Mercedes and the rest of the team over at American Century for their hard work! In fact, I just recommended them to another friend of mine! :) The people complaining should stop fussing about the small stuff. Good work guys!
