We require all customers in order get gas vouchers that once vehicles have been delivered they must fax or email there Bill of Lading to American Century Transport , and when this isn’t done it delays the receipt of your gas voucher and this is what happened in Karen’s case but this matter was taken care of and Karen received her gas voucher. And as to the fact that we Brokered her transport this is correct American Century Transport are
Licensed Motor Carrier Brokers this is why we provide better rates than if you go with carrier directly , we broker the transport of hundreds of vehicles each month and have a network of hundreds of carriers whom we do business with and get the best per mile rates , and as to delays they are inevitable and out of our control the road is treacherous and many things could happen especially in the winter months .
