Our van broke down while we were on vacation 800 miles from home. We contacted several carriers to get quotes on bringing the van back to our home. ACT's quote was extremely reasonable, even considering that there was a $150 surcharge because the van was not operable (engine blew). Arranging the transport was hassle free, Marlon was a joy to work with.
When the truck arrived, I was pleased to see such a CLEAN truck, and well groomed drivers. The drivers were extremely courteous, and had the opportunity to off load my van at a vacant auto sales lot next door to my home. Instead of taking the "easy" way out, they off loaded the van and pushed it into my driveway. I call this providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
We had never had to have a vehicle moved before, but after this experience, I will definitely call ACT again should the need arise, and would highly recommend them to anyone else.
