Joel did call in to get a quote, but at the time it was just a quote, he said he would call other companies as well and would call back. Well he did call back about a month later to ship. The price changed not because of a bait and switch, but because over the course of a month, it had become snow bird season and prices do rise drastically. As to the damages on his cars we have no knowledge of it until this review. We always pick up the phones, whether you get Mitch, Brett or Jason, you will get someone. Unfortunately damages will happen and if they do customers should notify the broker immediately, as getting it fixed is time sensitive. Sorry to hear you dissatisfaction and we will work harder to improve our service.
