Car was picked up on time then sat in 95 degree weather outdoors 4 miles from our home in Florida for 9 days before it was moved to a carrier. No one could answer questions, someone told me it was on truck and it wasn't. I shipped the car way ahead to avoid problems. It arrived in CT 15 minutes before we did by plane.
