Awesome experience. Great support on phone. Always answered questions. E-mail tracking worked. Assigned shipper within desired dates. Pick-up was on time. Auto delivered with no problems. Would use them again. Cost was within norms of other companies. Took time to answer my questions. Never had to wait on hold long. Sent nice package with hsipping instructions. AAT did a good job. For any shipment the key is which hauler they choose, which you have very little control over. If there was a way to deal directly with the hauler this process might work better. You pay the agent money and they really only find someone going where you need them to go. Since I don't know how to do that, it was worth the money.
