American Auto Transport kept stringing me along for 3 weeks finally on the third week a driver went to pick up the vehicle, then the dispatcher called us to tell us the car cant be picked up because its inoperable. I told the dispatcher that the broker was told the car was ionp. The dispatcher told me it was not noted and there's nothing she can do. A waste of 3 weeks. Broker rarely picked up the phone after the order was place.
