Where do I even start with my nightmare???

Called American Autotransport on 5/12/08 trying to ship my truck from Kelseyville, CA to Buffalo, NY. I was happy with the $1425 quote and decided to go with them. They told me that my truck would be picked up anytime from 5/19/08 to 5/23/08. I called them on thursday 5/19/08 and they told me that the truck was running a little late and it will be picked up on Monday 5/26/08. I call them on Monday and they told me it will be picked up Tuesday. Tuesday comes and they ask me if I could have the guy I bought the truck in Kelseyville to drive 3 hours to Sacamento. So now the guy says that he would trailer the truck there but he is going to charge $300 for gas to Sacramento and back. They told me the truck company refuses to drive to Kelseyville and if I didn't trailer it Sacramento that they didn't know when it was going to be picked up. Then they would even take take money off. This company is a joke. The company couldn't set me any times or date ranges. So I went with another company who had no problem with Kelseyville. They advertise door to door shipping my ass. I felt insulted by them asking me to have the truck trailered 3 hours away and still charge me the same price. This company is responsible for the worst ever shipping experience I ever had. The worst part is that my conact Sabrina couldn't answer any of my questions and I had to called long distance to their customer service rep and they put you on hold for 10 minutes ever time I called, it never failed. Have fun if you go with these jokesters.
