Pick-up on time and easy; clear communication before, during, and after transport; car arrived in fewer than 3 days. Ralph Calla provided me with good information and immediate call-back whenever I called for an update (6 phone calls because I wasn't sure when the dealer would release the car until the last minute). Driver from Horizon Trucking was very pleasant and worked well with the dealer to work out a good pick-up time. I sought many quotes to transport a brand new Prius from the dealer in NH to me in North Carolina, and American Auto Transporters of Florida offered the same lowest price as several others --$650. From first contact with Ralph to car's arrival was 9 days and could have been less if my buyer's paperwork had processed at the dealer more quickly. Luckily for me, I wanted a car in the north transported south at a time many customers want their southern cars transported north XXXI imagine customers need more patience when they want their cars transported in the same direction and at the same time as thousands of others.
