I contacted this company because they seemed to have a great quote. It was originally $750. I explained to them that I needed my car picked up before December 26th of 2007 because my uncle who had the car would be going out of town the next morning. Sabrina told me that this would be no problem at all. They had a week and a half to get it. They did not come till the 27th and it was to late. I then tried contacting Sabrina 4 times leaving voicemails because I know things happen and I just wanted to know when we could pick it up then. She never once returned my calls. I then emailed on here to track the process of my order. They never responded to that. I THEN called about 5 times at their costumer service number and no one called me back. I even talked to an a lady later who said she would have someone call me back. That never happened. I finally got a voicemail saying I didnt leave a reference number and upon me calling back, no one answered for 3 days. It was the worst experience with costumer service ever. That is not proffesional. I may be in college, but I think I have an idea of what is and what is not satisfactory.
I finally talked to a women who was rude. I told her it had been 3 weeks late and I would like a discount of some sort becuause I have been without any transportation for this long. She was rude and said sorry they dont do things like that because the pick up time was just an estimate. Shes right, it did say that, but the sales woman (sabrina) told me it would be no problem to pick it up by the 26th. I thought I would take her word. Wow I was wrong. Now its picked up finally on January 22nd. and now I find out they were just the middle man going through another company. The final bill that I have to pay the drive is $700 so now my total is $900.
My advice: stay far away from this company. They arent trustworthy. They claim to be americas #1 transporting company. If this is the case then the transporting business it horrible. Go through a company that owns their own trucks and perhaps you can avoid one of the worst experiences of your life.
