then it was difficult to get answers. Before I signed the contract Sabrina was attentive and nice. Afterwards the phone clerks were very short as if my phone call was interupting something very important. Additionally, they scheduled me based on my verbal desitnation date (which they never included in the contract after repeated requests) and scheduled pick up over a week ahead of time. I was told transport would take at least a week - it took 4 days. This was my first car transport and they did not say "or earlier" until AFTER my car was picked up - as a result I wasn't able to receive the car myself. The car came back dirty inside, bent bumper and the ABS cables ripped. My friend signed the release and therefore the shipper is not liable. Had they scheduled correctly this would not have happened. On a good note, the shippers did call before the pickup and drop off but it definitely was not door to door service. Shipping a car is stressful enough, and great customer service is what eases people's minds. They need major help with that if they want to stay in business.
