I gave Burt the information as to the pick-up date of my venicle and he arranged for a trucker to call me with the date and time of pick-up. There was a problem on my end but the trucking company was patient and waited until the issue was resolved and picked up my vehicle without charging any extra funds. This was a very positive experience and would recommend this company to anyone who wants exceptional service and timely pick-up and delivery.
